15 LAW
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

Tightpac Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting Tightpac.com. By choosing to shop or visit with Tightpac.com you are accepting the conditions stated below so please read them carefully:

Tightpac accepts product returns ONLY if there is a material defect or if there is damage sustained due to shipping. In order for a full replacement of your product the original damaged product must be returned to Tightpac within 15 days of original shipping date. After 15 days Tightpac cannot accept shipping damage returns. Tightpac cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs. PLEASE inspect your products throughly upon receipt.
• If you receive an order from us that has been damaged during the shipping process, you must file a claim with the freight carrier as soon as possible. Always save the original packing materials for inspection.
• We are very careful when we ship your products to you and do our best to always ship the correct quantity. But in the event that there is a discrepancy, please notify us within 5 business days.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

Tightpac uses the United States postal service for all packages under 2 pounds and for 2 pounds and higher Federal Express ground will be used unless otherwise specified by the customer and agreed upon by a Tightpac representative. For all packages under 1 pound a standard $5.00 (US dollars) shipping & handling charge apply. For packages over 2 pounds the least expensive shipping method will be applied and decided by a Tightpac Representative.
Shipments via United States Postal Service, expect order to be shipped within 1- 3 business days of receipt of order. Shipments via Federal Express,
expect order to be shipped within 1 - 4 days of receipt of order. Actual delivery time may vary depending upon weather conditions and the time of year.

Tightpac does ship worldwide - However the shipping method has to be agreed upon between the customer and a Tightpac representative. Upon agreement between both parties goods will then be shipped.
CANADIAN orders will have a minimum shipping fee of $10.00 (US dollars) unless the order is very small (under 1 pound) and the new shipping price is agreed upon by the customer and a Tightpac representative.
